Gertrude Hawk began making chocolate in the kitchen of her Mark Avenue home in 1936 to help support her family. Local organizations began raising money by selling her chocolates and her reputation for creating delicious homemade candy was established. Today we remain dedicated to crafting the most delicious chocolates. That's why we are proud to offer an exclusive brand of fine confections: Mark Avenue Chocolates.
