Making quality chocolates to add to the sweetness of life has been our mission for generations.
At Gertrude Hawk Chocolates, we are tremendously appreciative of the support we have from our community. Because of this, we continue to make it a mission and priority to give generously to many causes. While it would be impossible for us to fulfill all charitable requests we receive, we continue to support and play an ongoing, active role in giving back to our community.
For donation and support requests, please review the information and complete the form below.
Note: Gertrude Hawk Chocolates Corporate Office awards all donations. This means our individual shops are unable to authorize or honor donation requests.
- All donations must be picked up at our corporate office in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, donations cannot be mailed.
- Organizations seeking grant funding and monetary donations are encouraged to contact the Hawk Family Foundation. For more information visit hawkfamilyfoundation.com
- Requests must be made at least 4 weeks prior to your event. If your request is approved, you will be contacted. If you do not hear from us, unfortunately we were unable to approve your request at this time.
- Only requests submitted through this form will be considered. Due to the volume of requests we receive, telephone, email, and mailed inquiries are unable to be considered and are discouraged.
- When completing the request form below, please include as much information as possible including:
- Event details: Date, time, and location of the event.
- Any Gertrude Hawk Contact you would like to reference (employee referral, sales representative).
- Any attachments or supporting information you feel is relevant to your request can be uploaded with your form.
